The Panels and Brace Frames were initially designed and developed by Gary L. Hardy, who drew on his experience as a former “CB” (Construction Battalion) as well as many years in the Framing business. The company was purchased in 2001 by MiTek Industries, who is a international leader in the connector product industry, manufacturer of open web floor trusses, and who also designs engineering software.
